Paragon Software (SHDD) ("Paragon") is willing to license software products to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this License Agreement ("Agreement").
Paragon grants to you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the number of copies of the Software equal to the number of filled registration forms ONLY in the case you receive Software via online request on Paragon web-site or in the case you receive Software from distributors and resellers of Nokia 9210. Also it allowed to pre-install on devices, selled by resellers and distributors of Nokia 9210 Communicator. The above license is subject to all terms of this Agreement including, without limitation:
- you agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble or modify the Software and its parts;
- you agree not to publish and distribute the Software by any way, including Internet, public and corporate networks, physical shipment.
- Paragon provides free of charge technical support to end-users of the Software. Technical support of distributors and resellers is subject of additional license agreement.
- Software distributed free of charge. Levy of payments for pre-installed Software is prohibited.
- Software distributed AS IS and may cause errors and data loss. Paragon is not responsible for results of Software functioning and for any damages caused in using/unusing process of the Software.
- you agree not to use Paragon's or Paragon's suppliers' name, logos or trademarks except as necessary to affix the appropriate copyright notices required in this Agreement;
- you agree not to publish the software, its parts, screen-shots of the software interface, if you have no permission from Paragon.
